Weddings have a voice that develops over the day. No matter what the details are like, there is a personality that develops throughout that begins to show itself. The Four Seasons in Santa Fe is by far my favorite venue in New Mexico. It has so many hidden treasures and pockets of gold. Amy & San's wedding had such an elegant flow. It was like perfection unfolding before me. It also gave me the best gift. There is a spot on the hill that is very popular for photos with gorgeous views, but it is not always an easy spot to get to when we're chasing the golden light of sunset. On this day, we just couldn't make it back up the hill, but I had to look around and down lower than expected, there appeared the most gorgeous ember glow. It's a color you don't get up top. We headed that way, and the Santa Fe skies unfurled with hues of purple, and the sun shone with its gorgeous glow. A true gift indeed.
